Switching from Divorce to Annulment

I began a divorce in April 08, found out that my ''husbands'' second marriage was not finalized.

We have our parenting/custody/support order in place and I was preparing for a motion for a final judgement on the divorce. Do I need to file anything to end the divorce filings before or while I get the annulment filed?

You're off track. It would be best to find a local family law attorney and buy about one of his or her time to counsult with you on this matter.
