Legal Question in Family Law in California

Taking child out of state

I live in florida but my son lives with his father in california. I am trying to move out there but now she wants to take him to Oregon. Once she moves to Oregon I will want to go back to court and change visitation schedule, do we start a new case or does CA still have jurisdiction? thx
