Taking a Child Out of State

My wife left with our 1 year old daughter. She will not tell me where she is staying. But she plans to allow her mother to take our daughter out of state tomorrow to her mothers house. I am opposed to this. What can I do to stop her? I have filed custody papers but she has not been served yet.
