Re: taking my children on vacation

You may take the children out of state if there is no specific prohibition in the custody order and you do not interfere with the visitation rights of the other party. To clarify, if your judgment gives you a specific period of time for a vacation and there is no specific prohibition in the judgment you may take them out of state during that vacation time or at any time which is not the visitation time of the other parent.
