taking custody of toddler because other parent is homeless and drinking

Hello,

I have a court oder visitation with my

twenty two month old son three days

a week. I have him with me right

now 8/5/08, I'm due to return my

son to his mother tomorrow.

The mother is a Borderline

Personality who is drinking and due adultery behavior her seven month

old marriage has come to a end and

she was evicted from her house

today.

I want to file a ex-parte and get full

custody. What do I write on the ex-

parte? Help me please!

Explain what you just stated, and provide any proof you have. The Court wants to see facts-date, time and place of each incident. If you have declarations of others who can give competent testimony, that would help.
