Taking Full Custody of Minor Children

I have three minor boys, dad and i broke up. i have been having a difficult time with him he as made harassig phone calls to my job and home. he has been a drug addict and now is in counseling. im afraid for our well being. i know is currently mentally unstable. he continues to try to maintain our relationship, and about two weeks ago he tried to commit suicide. doctor is trying to put him on medication and he is claiming to hear voices. i want to protect my kids incase something happens to me. but i want to prevent it too.

You need to go to court and ask for supervised visitation until he is stabilized.
