tapes,lies,video tape

mom died, was not able to pay x husband money. have not seen kids since. x abusive has new wife very abusive.i took back to court mediator report said i was diagnoised with MPD? judge took her side I have never been to a doctor.

How can mediator say I was diagnoised without me seeing a doctor? can i submit a cassette tape to be filed as a decleration? How can i get the judge to listen to me?

No you cannot submit a cassett tape as a declaration. You have to prove that you are not crazy and it is very hard to prove a negative. I would get a deposition of the social worker and make it very short, asking him what evidence he has that you have MPD. Then I would get a reputable doctor give me an examination and report that you do not have MPD. It's a catch-all diagnosis and very very slanderous. Also, in your situation I would tell the court I am going to prove that the MPD thing is untrue but in the meantime ask for monitored visits of the child in the police station.
