I have a tax dispute with my ex husband regarding who can claim our 19 year old full time college student as a dependent. We have a marriage settlement agreement that states we will take turns claiming her until she turns 19. She turned 19 on April 5, 2010, does that mean she is considered 19

for the 2010 tax year?

It means this tax year, 2010, is the last year she can be claimed a dependent under your marriage settlement agreement.
