Legal Question in Family Law in California

i have temporary full custody of my 3 sons due to child abuse of my middle son. Their father is allowed supervised visitation on Sundays at home with his mother(the boys grandma)present at all times. They are also not allowed to be around anyone who has been drinking 6 hours prior. Their Grandpa is an alcholic and lives with their father. So when the boys went there yesterday they were around him drinking and their father also took them to the movies without supervision. What can I do about this since these specifics were court ordered?

You can file an "Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt," to make him appear before the judge and explain himself. You can also seek modification of the order to cancel his visitation for failure to follow the existing order. Then it's up to the judge to deal with him.
