Temporary move to Austraila

I have lived in the US on and off now for 11 years. I have a 6 year old daughter to an american and my questions is what are my rights if i want tot take her back to Austraila for 12-18 months as my mother is not well and needs help. Where do i stand and what are my rights?? Right now she lives with me 75% of the time and we have lived in Australia for 3 out her 6 years of age.

See if you can get the mother to stipulate to you going. If she will not stipulate, you need to file an Order to Show Cause requesting an order allowing you to go to Australia.
