Legal Question in Family Law in California
Temporary Restraining order
I am in the middle of increasing my son's visitation with me and am representing myself. My ex has hired an atty. and has muddied the water with a temporary restraining order. My question is, do I need to respond to the accusations of why she wants the order and what form do I file?

Re: Temporary Restraining order
There is a judicial council form for a response. You should either hire an attorney or contact the family court law clinic and ask for assistance in preparing a response and defending yourself.
