Legal Question in Family Law in California

Temporary Restraining Order

I requested and was granted a temporary restraining order against my husband. I did not mention that I struck him first. I would like to have the restraining order cancelled, removed from CLET, lifted, etc... I have not served him yet. What can I do.

Re: Temporary Restraining Order

You could just not serve the tro and request that it be taken off calendar. The TRO will cease to exist after the court hearing. That should be the end of the case.
