Once a temporary restraining order is served and person violates no contact order serveral times dayly before court date what shoul happen to violator?

You need to report it to the police.

The violator can be arrested and charged with a crime. Additionally, the violator can be brought to court for contempt proceedings. It is up to the protected person to make this happen.
