i have temporary support order my husband has not been paying and my attorney is not doing anything it has been three years he ows me $200,000 i borrowed money for two years to pay for food and mortgage i can not do it anymore what do i do

The first question that you need to consider is: does your husband have money or assets from which you can collect the child support and the arrears. Assuming the answer to the first question is yes, then you should discuss enforcement of the order with an attorney. If you current attorney is not willing to take action to enforce the support order then consult with another attorney.

You could file an Order to Show Cause In Re Contempt. Each month in which he has not paid support as ordered is a potential count of contempt. You can also seek out bank accounts and other assets to attach. You can also obtain a wage assignment to serve on his employer. Other options may come to your attention after an in depth investigation of the facts of your case.
