Legal Question in Family Law in California

Termination of child support

I am a non custodial parent and myself and family have been unable to visit or have contact with son from birth to present age of 9 yrs old due to hostile/possessive custodial parent.

Child support is current and fully paid from birth to present day.

Upon termination of parental rights by either party, will the child support end?

Thank you

Re: Termination of child support

Support obligations continue. If you pressed the matter taking your spouse to court, you would have been able to get visitation. You may still be able to because of the support being paid. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
