Termination Of Child Support
15 year old daughter just became pregnant by her 18 year old boyfriend.Her mother has no control over her so she continues to fail in school and be out at all hours of the night.Is this grounds for terminating child support?

Probably not, unless you could show the child is emancipated. If she marries her boyfriend (or anyone else) that would work. Is she supporting herself? If the mother supporting her? Is she living with the bfriend?
