Termination of spousal medical coverage

My wife and I are currently going through our divorce. I am currently maintaining medical coverage for wife and daughter. At what point may I terminated or disenroll her from my medical coverage? She has medical coverage available through her employer, however she does not want to have to pay the cost for it, since it would be a cost out of her pocket.

Absent another order from the court you may take her off from the health insurance after the judgment is final. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
