Legal Question in Family Law in California

I tested positive at delivery for meth. But my baby was placed in a private adoption. Can cps still open a case on my other child not in question?

I would hope not but it is still quite possible that CPS having been alerted to your conduct during pregnancy may choose to investigate the circumstances of your other children. You need to consult a family law attorney and possibly a criminal law attorney about this matter.
