Legal Question in Family Law in California

HI THERE,

WHEN ME AND MY EX HUSBAND GOT MARRIED OVERSEA HE USED HIS FULL NAME( first middle and last) BUT WHEN WE DIVORCED IN THE USA THE FINAL DIVORCE JUDGMENT PAPER SHOWS ONLY HIS FIRST AND LAST NAME. WE NEED TO TRANSFER THE DIVORCE IN THE COUNTRY OVERSEA AS WELL BUT THEY WILL NOT ROCOGNIZE HIM AS THE SAME PERSON SINCE THE DIVORCE PAPER FROM THE USA DOES NOT HAVE HIS MIDDLE NAME.

HOW CAN WE PROVE THAT HE IS THE SAME PERSON???

THANK YOU
