is there a thing called a hardship alowince to reduce suport

i recantly got married,we have 3 kids. 1 ours, her ex is incarserated, manditory 4 years 8 months. I pay 714.00 for 2 others can i get this reduced? and how.

is there such thing as a hardship law?

There is a hardship deduction for the supporting parent, if the parent meets the criteria. Having a child with the new wife would probably qualify for a hardship deduction. As to the new wife's children it will depend upon the judge and the approach taken by that judge.
