I am thinking about divorcing my husband of almost two years, we have a car loan together in which he has and makes payments for. I want my name off the car loan can a judge order him to either refinance or trade the car in, so I will no longer be on the loan? Thanks.

Yes a judge can order him to do that. Whether a judge WILL is dependent on the entire plan of asset and debt allocation and both your joint and individual financial situations.
