Legal Question in Family Law in California

I thought my divorce was final

My ex signed divorce papers at his attorney's office last week and immediately after the signing my ex was supposed to drop off the original at my attny's office. In the meantime, my ex's attorney faxed over signed copies to my attorney's office. My ex never dropped off the judgment to my attorney's office. My attorney and I signed the faxed copies and they were sent to my ex's attorney's office. My ex's attny has asked my ex to go and drop off the original judgment so this can get filed. he has refused to meet his attny because he owes his attny money and doesn't want to meet his attny. My ex has given me the original judgment. Can I give the original to my ex's attorney which has my ex's wet signature along with his attny's wet signature so it can be combined with the copy that has both mine and my attorney's wet signature for filing or does everyone's signature need to be on one page? I have been trying to get my attorney to resign with me which would be so much easier but she is not cooperating.

You don't have to all sign the same page. Drop it off and move on.
