Thought my first husband was dead but now know he is alive

OVer 25 yrs ago, when I was very young, I left my first husband. Five yrs later I wanted to remarry and tried to find him. A friend of his told me he was dead. Foolishly, I did not try to get a death certificate. I married my 2nd husband and after a few years, we divorced. I am now married again and recently decided to try to make sure my 1st husband was indeed dead, via internet searching. Unfortunately I have discovered that he is very much alive. Can I do a no-fault divorce from #1 in CA and be done with it, preserving #3 as a legal marriage? Thanks - signed, chagrined and nervous.
