Also my ex threatens not to pay me every month and only gives me cash here and there and noty all of what hes suppose to on the 1st. Is this contempt of court? What are the consequences?

I was a stay home mom 12 years he ended up with house and everythign and I am struggling and he doesnt want to pay.

I am on title but not loan, Am I still an owmer of the house? He says no.

What your ex says about cohabitation is not true. His failure to pay is contempt of court if there is an existing court order about the payments. He can be sanctioned or even jailed if he does not comply with a court order. You need to consult an attorney about title to the house.
