Legal Question in Family Law in California

At this time I have full custody of my 3 old son , his dad only has weekend visits. I will soon have to move out of state, will this effect custody?

I am not sure what you are asking - whether you are concerned about losing custody or not. You likely will not lose custody, but I would suggest coming up with a custody agreement and bringing it before the court just to prevent being called back to Court once you leave. If there is an existing custody order, and the other party objects to the move, it is best to file a motion requesting that the court allow you to move with the child.
