time of paperwork

I am wanting to know if the date on our divorce papers has past and neither of us showed up in court ....are we divorced or how do we proceed now?

Re: time of paperwork

Must be a judgment of divorce by the judge. Call court and/or go to court and check out docs and possibly set up hearing for finalizing matter.
