Thank you for your time, I have a shared 50\50, but I watch the kids & feed them dinner every weekday after school. ( even on her days ) will, or does that play into the factoring of % custody or will it help me to have to pay less to mom, as the food & gas bill is getting out of hand?

Are you talking about percentage for child support calculations? Yes if you are taking care of the kids then you should request that that time be factored for any child support payments. You should make that time be known to the court that you are often times caring and feeding the children for the mom. That would be unfair for you to pay support for time that you are actually caring for the children.
