Legal Question in Family Law in California

Time with his son

I am asking a question on behalf of my soon to be husband. He has a 9 month old son and is paying child support threw the D.A. Plus some to her and has from the begining with no problem. Now she relizes that he isnt going to have a relationship with her and she wont let him see his son. What can/should he do first? Also all the money he is giving her besides the child support she is not reporting, and somehow the DA is saying that he now owes almost 8 hundred dollars back support, but they are taking the full amount out of his checks? how is this possible? Please any response would be appreciated.

Thankyou,

To provide funds without an accounting and proof is not smart. Do all with money orders, checks, etc. What does order for visitation say. Set up hearing with court. Retain counsel to resolve these matters permanently. 800-685-6950
