Legal Question in Family Law in California

Timeshare when primary custodial parent is relocating

I (mother) am planning on moving in early August. My ex has proposed to switch our timeshare while I'm moving. I would have no objection to this, exept now there are new developments. He has recently been diagnosed for having a mild case of Bipolar disorder. His medication has still not been regulated and changes every two weeks. He is extremely unstable and in a fragile state of mind. I have no idea what to do. I don't know what papers I should file. I would really like the judge to revisit our case since certain things have come to light. Your advice is very much appreciated.

You should talk to a custody attorney in the county where you are living or where the case is filed. He can give you advice on a very difficult situation. You certainly have a right to revisit the order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
