Title on the house

I am going thru a divorce and I want to know if the house is considered community property if my wife had signed a quit claim deed back awhile ago?

The answer would depend upon the circumstances under which she signed the quit claim. With the current value of houses in california you should be discussing this matter with an attorney, preferably one that represents you in the divorce case.
