Legal Question in Family Law in California

I told my ex-wife she is not allowed to place her domestic partners health insurance premium on our dissomaster. Her domestic partner pays for the entire health insurance for my ex-wife and our two boys. Now my ex-wife wants me to pay half the health insurance premium that her domestic partner pays for just our two boys. My ex-wife pays nothing. Can she make me pay? Please also note that my ex-wife demanded that I pay for a secondary health insurance on the boys, which I have through my work. My ex-wife pays me half the premium cost for the boys on that health insurance.

The court will expect both parents to procure health care coverage for their children at a reasonable cost and share any uninsured health care expenses. In some instances, the court may order a parent to contribute to part of a health care premium if they do not have coverage for the child.
