Legal Question in Family Law in California

After being told she was pregnant, I married the woman and raised the child for 18 years. During my divorce, I discovered that the woman got pregnant by another man. I am not the biological father. I spent 18 years supporting her and a child that is not mine. Do I have any recourse against my ex-wife?

No, you are the presumed father under the doctrine of parentage by estoppel. See Family Code section 7611 subd. (d).
