i need it transfered to az

i am the respondent in divorce that was filed in ca now the petitoner will not go thru with it how do i get it transfered to az so i can finish the divorce i live in az now

You would need to have the California case dismissed. It would probably be easier to just file a response in the California Court and proceed there. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

File your response, serve the final disclosure of assets and debts. Then file an at issue memorandum. That is a statement that the matter is ready for trial. The at issue memorandum is usually a local court form.
