Legal Question in Family Law in California

Transfering a corporation so it won't be apart of divorce

Can I transfer my corporation to someone else and I would just be an employee, this incase I do get a divorce in the future, I will not have to split the corporation with him?

Sounds like you are contemplating a fraudulent transfer. You could wind up paying very heavy sanctions, under Family Code section 1101 and other statutes/case law.

See an atty to find out what your exposure would be in the first place, even if you don't "transfer" the corporation. You could also look into post-nuptial agreement.
