Your divorce isn't final until a Judgment is filed and signed by the judge. The hearing on 3/7/13 does not mean anything. Some courts set a Hearing Re: Non-Proof of Service when the Petition is filed to ensure that the Petition was served on the Respondent. If you want your divorce to be finalized, you need reach an agreement with your ex and file a Judgment. I you can't reach an agreement, file an At Issue Memorandum and the Court will set a Status Conference to get your case moving. Good Luck.
