Legal Question in Family Law in California

Transportation

Re: Child vistation. I currently modified a

court order in order to move my children with me from California to

Utah. In the court order it states the the petitioner (me) is to provide

transportation to and from the respondents address. Does this mean that

I physically have to drive them to CA from Utah and from CA to Utah. Or is it withim my rights

to make travel arrangements that I seem fit to and from California in

order to get them to the respondents home?

Re: Transportation

You can make any travel arrangements that you want that is reasonable considering the age of the children and the distance of travel. If the children can fly unaccompanied on a plane you can make those arrangements. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
