Legal Question in Family Law in California

travel expenses

If both parents share driving responsibilities (pick up/drop off) for the noncustodial parent's visitation weekends, would there be any reason for the custodial parent to pay for any extra gas expenses for the non-custodial parent (e.g. weekday visits)? There is ~ 40 miles distance between homes.
