Legal Question in Family Law in California

Traveling with conditional green card after divorce

I currently have a conditional green card, but I have already filed for divorce. I still have my L-1 Visa and work petition. I am going to travel outside the country next week. Should I use my I-94 to leave the country so that I will get another I-94 when I come back? I'm afraid that if I use my I-94 and they find out that I have a conditional green card, they will cancel my visa and ask why I didn't use my green card. I'm currently applying for I-140 and trying to get I-485. I'm trying to get my green card through employment, since I don't think I can remove the condition through self-petition from my divorce. If I use my conditional green card to leave the country, would they cancel my visa? Basically, should I use the conditional green card or I-94 to leave the country? Thanks.

This is definitely a question for an immigration attorney.
