traveling overseas with an infant
I am invloved in a custody case for my 5-month-old son. I need to make an emergency trip to Peru, father refuses for baby to go. I don't want to leave the baby without mom.
What can I do in a situation like this?

You will need to file a motion to ask for an order stating that you can take the child out of the county. You should ask for an order shortening time otherwise it will take weeks if not months. You should get an attorney who can prepare the case for court to give you the best opportunity. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
