Is my american, exhusbands trustfond (he is the trustee)included in the financial sharing/deviding in our divorse?

The answer to your question depends on the source of the trustfund and other factors. If the trust fund was set up prior to the marriage, it is probably separate property. You need to discuss the facts of your case with an attorney.
