Legal Question in Family Law in California

Do I need a certain type of form to write my objection to a mediation Partial Agreement??? What is the form #. What else do I need to sent with it? PLEASE HELP

There is no form to write an objection to a mediated agreement. Your courthouse may have a local form they use for objections, if they do not, then you can simply prepare an objection to the mediated agreement and submit it the courthouse and the other party before the deadline.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
