Type your question here...I did an emergency ex parte for child visitations it states that we have to meet and confer before the court hearing in solano county .... what or how should I contact the respondent if he is on Meth or protect myself can I ask his parents to attend the meet and confer or what if he doesn't respond after I attempt to contact him
