Type Your Question Here...if a man and woman are legally married in California,move to Maine and man gets a large sum of money left to him in a will by a relative,does the money belong to both husband and wife

This is a Maine law question. The law of the state of marriage is pretty irrelevant to family law questions once the couple moves to another state. We California lawyers are not qualified to answer. You need to re-post your question as a Maine question.
