what is the difference between dissolution, legal separation and summary dissolution?

dissolution results in the marriage being dissolved, that is undone. Leaving the parties single again. Summary dissolution have the same result. Summary dissolution applies to very short marriages with no children, no real property and minimal debts.
A legal separation is a judgment that the parties are living apart. They are however, still married.
