Do u split 50/50 after a marriage together for 9 years in CA?

You split community property fifty-fifty regardless of the length of the marriage. But not all property is community property, and some separate property has what we call a "community property" interest in it. As Mr. Besser points out, you should see an attorney to help you with those issues.
