would u say i have a strong case of it wasnt fair because i was in depression?

would u say i have a strong case,for my past previous cps case,4 years ago?I mean they didnt even recognize. I dont see y not. It affected several years of my life I could not fuction in life .But now somehow i managed to pull it together after all the wounds got num. Now i want my babies back They deserve to be with me. This case shouldnt had led to the outcome.I should have them actually.
