Legal Question in Family Law in California

Unable to serve in fl case- CA

Hello, I am in the final stages of my dissolution by default in CA. The clerk was unable to file the Request to Enter Default, and was not able to give me ''legal advise'' of what was needed to be with the doc to complete the process. She did hint at a motion.....

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Below is the list of what has been filed. Thanks for any help.

-proof of service of summons

-declaration re: diligence (respondent was not located for service)

Maybe the papers that you filed requesting default were incorrectly filled out.
