She took my unborn chld to another state
My girlfriend went home to visit being 7 months pregnant to idaho and won't come home and is insisting on living there. Her mom has talked her into it i believe. I am fully suported here and i have a great job. She wants me to drop everything and move there. The baby is not born. We are not married and there is some doubt if the baby is really mine maybe 2% doubt. Please help me or at least inform me of my options and cost.

File a petition to establish paternity in California right now. The baby will be born before the hearing date. If the two of you don't stipulate to paternity, then a paternity test will be ordered. If you are the father you will have to pay child support. You will also be allowed to visit with the child. At first your visits will be minimal, but as your child ages, you're time will very likely increase.
