Legal Question in Family Law in California

Uncontested CA divorce

I have filed for divorce. It has been uncontested (no response). Now the court clerk says I need to file default papers. Which form is this? There are no children, spousal support, or property. I'm not sure if there are other forms to be filled out also.

You must complete and serve the declaration of disclosure. Then there are several forms that you need to complete. I might suggest that you go to the facilitators office and they can help you with the forms that you need as well as completing the forms. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
