Uncontested Divorce CA, filed 02/25/12, ( complete, proper docs filed), Judgement received 09/29/12

It is been 8 months... I was told by the court clerk that they do not know when it will be finalize caused by budget cut.

Is there any other way to get my Divorce finalize?

Should I pay extra?
